​Technique Check-Up, Tune In, Clean Up, Level Up!!
Think of this as a little MOT for your dancing. This workshop is all about checking in with your technique, spotting any habits that might be holding you back, and giving your fundamentals a proper polish. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress, awareness, and feeling good in your movement again.


We'll look at:

• Posture & Alignment – Are you carrying tension where you don’t need it? Let’s reset.
• Balance & Weight Placement – Small shifts can make a big difference.
• Connection (with partner & floor) – Fine-tune the feel, not just the form.
• Footwork & Precision – Clean lines, quiet feet, confident steps.
• Body Awareness – How well do you know what your body’s actually doing?
  
  
  

Open to all levels, this is your chance to reset, refine, and refresh your dancing with support, guidance, and plenty of practice time.

• Open to solo dancers or Couples
• Prior workshop attendance not required

N19 - A 5 minute walk from Archway underground station
