In this workshop, we’ll dive into playful, creative, musical, and expressive adornos for the free leg such as think taps, flicks, sweeps, and cheeky little surprises that add flavor and personality to your dance. We’ll explore how these playful movements aren’t just decorations, but they’re a powerful way to connect with the music, express your individuality, and stay fully present in the moment. Adornos can help you listen more deeply, respond more intuitively, and bring more joy and spontaneity into your dance.
