​WHAT IS TANGO BARRE?
Tango Barre is an effective conditioning class tailored for tango dancers. 
Using simple barre and floor exercises, we focus on improving balance, body awareness, and strength while developing beautiful lines, graceful posture, and more articulate, responsive feet. No previous ballet barre experience necessary!

WHO CAN ATTEND?

(IMPORTANT NOTICE: 
Please take care of your body and be mindful of your personal limits. This is an online, unsupervised class, so you are participating at your own risk, regardless of your level. I cannot accept responsibility for any injury, damage, or harm that may occur while following this session.)

  • Ideally for tango improvers & up (minimum 1 year experience)
  • Open to all roles and genders

WHAT TO WEAR?
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Tango shoes or trainers are ideal. Ballet shoes and dance socks are also fine.

DO I NEED A BARRE?
  • No, you don’t. You can use anything sturdy to hold on to, but just make sure there’s enough room for your legs to move freely.
