Paula, an expert in decoding movement with a keen attention to detail, will guide you through the process. She breaks things down thoroughly, ensuring ample time to build muscle memory, which fosters a deeper understanding of motor coordination. Paula’s semi-private workshops are limited to a small number of attendees, allowing participants to receive personal attention.
